Limited Warranty
- AMC Fabrication inc. warrants the workmanship and materials of the goods sold for a period of one (1) year.
- This limited warranty supersedes all other warranties express or implied. Except as provided above, the goods are sold on an “AS-IS” basis, and the Company disclaims any implied warranties with respect to the goods.
- THERE IS NO WARRANTY THAT THE GOODS WILL BE FIT FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
- THERE IS NO WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY.
- Under no circumstances shall the Company be liable for incidental or consequential damages, lost profits, or any other unforeseeable loss, damage or injury. The Company’s liability under this limited warranty shall not exceed the price of the goods sold.
Price and Price Increases - The price for the products and or services includes all taxes and expedite (shipping) charges, unless stated otherwise.
Pricing is only good for a period of 10 days after reciept of written quote from AMC Fabrication Inc.
- If there is a specific time length and price for your service/product offer, then that price will remain in force for that time. After the offer period ends, your use of the service/product will be charged
at the new price.
- If your service/product is on a period basis (for example, monthly), with no specific time length, then we will tell you the date of any price change. That date will be not less than 30 days
after we tell you of the price change.
If you do not agree to these changes, then you must cancel and stop using the service/or return product before the changes take place. If you cancel your service/or product rental, then
your service ends at the end of your current service/rental time length or, if we bill your account on a period basis, at the end of the period in which you cancelled.
Refund Policies
Unless otherwise provided by law, all charges are non-refundable unless stated otherwise and the costs of any returns will be at your expense.
